Adaptability Meets Efficiency.
In today’s fast-paced warehouses, efficiency is key. Traditional fixed lifting devices can create bottlenecks, potentially slowing operations to a crawl. Mobile versions of our jib cranes, manipulators, and torque arms offer a solution. These flexible tools can be moved to where they’re needed most, adapting to the changing demands of a busy warehouse!
Mobile lifting devices improve warehouse and factory efficiency. They streamline workflow, reduce delays, and adapt to changing tasks. This flexibility helps businesses meet customer needs quickly and stay competitive.

WHAT IS A MOBILE MANIPULATOR
Picture a sturdy column sitting on a solid base – that’s the basic setup. Now, these aren’t exactly lightweight, so you’ll usually need a forklift to move them around. We custom-design each base to keep things stable, depending on how much weight it needs to handle. For the smaller ones, we might add casters to make them easier to move. But when you get to the bigger models, we throw in pneumatic brakes to keep them locked in place when they’re working. It’s all about balancing mobility with stability to get the job done right.
SUCCESS STORY
The M120 manipulator, positioned on a moveable concrete base, specializes in hoisting and installing large turbine blades onto turbine shafts. Its mobility facilitates seamless movement along the assembly line once a section is finished. Upon completing the turbine blade installation, the manipulator can be easily relocated, clearing the way until the next turbine assembly is ready to begin.
LEVEL OUT THE WORKFLOW
Whenever the a mobile manipulator is relocated, it’s important to check and re-level the base for optimal performance.
The mobile base, equipped with leveling jacks, ensures stability and precision in any location.
CASTERS & BRAKES
Lower capacity manipulators may include casters, but large pneumatic brakes are essential to keep them stable at all times.
Keep in mind that even with casters, these systems are built to handle significant weight, so relocating them requires careful planning.
