We designed this version of our cranes to withstand frequent wash-downs for industry regulations while maintaining the highest level of durability. Material handling solutions made from stainless steel are suitable for corrosive environments, particulate-controlled environments, and areas that are frequently cleaned and disinfected, such as food processing plants. We fabricate stainless steel bridge cranes and lift assists by welders certified by the American Welding Society.
Stainless Steel Jib Cranes
Givens Lifting Systems offers stainless steel ceiling-hung, floor-standing and jib cranes. It is possible to install stainless steel jib cranes cranes on custom stainless steel support structures or to have them certified to operate with existing supports.

This stainless steel custom lifting system lifts process equipment in a dairy plant. Ceiling trusses support an enclosed-track stainless-steel crane. Suitable for food processing, this air-driven hoist is capable of lifting 250 pounds.
Air-Driven, Ceiling Hung Crane & Scissor Tong End Effector
There are two air tractor drives that drive the hoist along the bridge and the bridge along the runways. There is a pendant that controls the positioning of the two air-tractor drives.
We have modified our standard air tractor drive and supplied it with stainless steel hardware and coated metal components to prevent corrosion.
